Tri-Sen Systems Launches New Turbine Hydraulic Trip Block Technology

Houston, Texas – October 1, 2010 – Tri-Sen Systems Corporation announced today the release of TetraSentry, the only complete turbine hydraulic trip block solution available on the market that is easy to install, operate and maintain.

A hydraulic trip block, also called a dump valve, is a critical component in turbine safety systems.

“With the addition of TetraSentry and the previously launched TSx Turbine Safety System to our product line, Tri-Sen Systems now offers the most complete and high performing system available for protecting turbomachinery assets, plant assets and plant personnel,” said Tri-Sen Systems Director of Marketing Tom Bailey.

All of the components in the trip system, including the sensors, the speed targets, the trip system logic solver and the hydraulic trip block can be purchased directly from Tri-Sen Systems. Tri-Sen System also can provide engineering analysis of the system, including dynamic simulation to prove the design prior to use, and installation of the system.
