Tri-Sen Systems was originally founded in 1976 by former Amoco employees. From its inception, Tri-Sen has been providing innovative products that have improved the way rotating equipment is controlled in process plants.

Tri-Sen Systems was acquired by Triconex Corporation in 1993. Tri-Sen had successfully implemented the Triconex TMR hardware platform in critical turbomachinery control applications. As part of Triconex, and then Invensys, the Tri-Sen turbomachinery control product line continued to grow and evolve to meet customer requirements.

In 2008, the Tri-Sen product line was acquired from Invensys by the newly formed Tri-Sen Systems. The new Tri-Sen Systems is committed to continuing the legacy established by the original Tri-Sen founders by providing new and innovative turbomachinery control products to the market.

Tri-Sen Systems is strategically located in Houston, Texas, the “Energy Capital of the World.” To better serve customers in Asia Pacific region, Tri-Sen Asia was established in July 2009.
